SHIPPING POLICY

• We use the lowest available 1 and 2 day Express Air rates based which is based on the total package weight. Please see the rate chart above.

• Please allow sufficient time for order processing and packaging prior to the ship date. 

• All products are shipped in a double thick Styrofoam reusable container or a Thermo-Foil bag along with an outer cardboard box, plus gel packs/and or dry ice.

• Our shipping schedules are Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday only for departure from our facility. Any orders received on Wednesday-Sunday will be processed and scheduled for shipping the following Monday/Tuesday/or Wednesday. This is to ensure freshness upon delivery. 

• If immediate overnight shipping is required for your shipment, please contact us by phone immediately to expedite services. An additional overnight express rate will apply.
